Growing up in a family of artists, Sophia had the freedom to try different forms of art during her childhood and adolescence. Her still ongoing studies focus on violin, contemporary dance, and elemental music and dance pedagogics for people of all ages. 

Sophia is strong-willed and passionate, dedicated to live up to her moral and ethical principles, and she believes that one has to be compassionate and become the change they want to see in the world. Doing good and helping others are two major motivations for her, together with curiosity and musical-artistic self-realisation. A few further interests and past times include reading, writing, choreographing, composing, drawing and painting, crafting, developing recipes and spending time with friends, children and animals.
